Spacious. Good internal apartment maintenance. Good for the money. Good neighborhood & surrounding community. Location is excellent.

I have lived in two other apartment complexes in my life; Silver Spring Station is by far the safest, nicest, and cleanest. The location is perfect as it is close to a few major roads and shopping centers, yet it is secluded enough to have low traffic flow. The bonus amenities are very nice. Wish the pool were open during the weekdays prior to the end of the school year. All in all, great place to live!

We have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom on the bottom floor. We love it here, everyone is friendly, staff in clubhouse is excellent, pool and gym are amazing, and clubhouse activities are always being offered. Parking at are current building is a little restrictive but you can always park slightly farther than at the front door. The only thing I dislike is that the pool isn't available except on weekends until school lets out.

Nice area. Well kept grounds and apartments. Lots of storage space. Friendly office staff and reliable maintenance.

The apartments are nice inside and grounds are well kept. There are plenty of amenities. The pool is particularly enjoyable in the summer months. Maintenance is good and tends to issues in a timely fashion. Office staff is friendly and helpful.

Living in Silver Spring Station apartments has been a good experience, and we've lived here for about a year and a half. The apartments are comfortable and the noise from other tenants is minimal; we do live on the top floor, so noise might be more of an issue on lower levels. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance guys, while they aren't always the best at fixing everything the first time, will keep working until the job is done satisfactorily. They are usually very good about coming to see us promptly after we submit a maintenance request. The apartments are fairly plain, but they have wonderful amenities and are quite spacious. The location is excellent, very near to I-95 and the White Marsh Mall area, and they are also located back far enough into a neighborhood to be free from traffic noise. There are a fair amount of children in the apartments, but they haven't bothered us at all with noise.
